A private payment plan for approved clients Move the vision forward with structure.
The 3ONE8 FlexPlan helps approved churches and organizations move forward with important equipment and materials through a clear scheduled payment structure built on trust, clarity, and stewardship.
A structured path, offered directly by 3ONE8
The 3ONE8 FlexPlan is a private project payment plan offered directly by 3ONE8 Media Group LLC to approved churches and organizations in good standing with us. It allows qualified clients to move forward with needed equipment and materials while spreading the remaining approved balance over a clear scheduled term.
It is not offered by a bank or outside company. It is made possible through 3ONE8's relationships with trusted providers, internal business discretion, and project-specific approval. This is a partnership-based option for clients who are serious, prepared, and ready to move forward with excellence.
Built for organizations ready to move with wisdom
The FlexPlan is available only to approved clients. Approval is not automatic.
3ONE8 reviews each project and client relationship before offering the FlexPlan. Approval is based on the project, payment readiness, organizational standing, and final review by 3ONE8.
Every approved project, in three clear parts
The FlexPlan applies only to the approved remaining equipment and materials balance.
Equipment and Materials
60% deposit is paid at signing. The remaining 40% may be placed on the FlexPlan if approved by 3ONE8.
Installation
The installation fee is paid in full before installation begins, so our team can schedule labor, travel, setup, and testing properly.
Applicable Taxes
Taxes are paid up front at signing. Taxes are not placed on the FlexPlan.
Choose a structured term
The plan fee applies only to the approved remaining 40% equipment and materials balance.
| Term | Plan Fee Added to Balance |
|---|---|
| 3 Months | 10% |
| 6 Months | 15% |
| 12 Months | 20% |
Taxes and installation are handled separately and are not included in the FlexPlan.

Why we created the 3ONE8 FlexPlan
We created the FlexPlan because we understand the reality of ministry and organizational leadership. Sometimes the need is urgent. Sometimes the vision is ready. Sometimes the room needs to be upgraded now, not someday.
Your room matters. Your sound matters. Your visuals matter. Your worship and production environment shapes how people experience the message. The FlexPlan helps approved clients move forward with the tools they need while keeping the project clear and manageable from day one.
The FlexPlan is not active until everything is in place
Built on trust, so on-time payments matter
These apply only to active, approved plans. Tap any item to read the details.
If a scheduled payment is not received by the required due date, a $29 late payment fee may be added to the account.
If a payment is declined, returned, reversed, disputed, blocked, or does not successfully process, a $90 returned or failed payment fee may be added.
If a payment issue occurs, the client corrects it quickly by updating the payment method and paying any missed amount and applicable fees.
If a required payment goes unpaid for more than 60 calendar days, the account may be placed in serious default and the full remaining balance may become due, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.
If 3ONE8 recovers unpaid equipment after default, the client has 90 calendar days to pay the remaining balance in full unless 3ONE8 agrees otherwise in writing.
Recovery of equipment does not automatically cancel the balance owed. If recovered equipment does not fully satisfy the balance, the client may remain responsible for the remaining amount.
